Committee meetings and a Welcome Reception are scheduled for Monday. Technical Sessions will follow the morning General Session on Tuesday and will run through Wednesday. The Poster Session is scheduled for Wednesday along with the Recognition Luncheon. Details of the complete program should be available in early December. You will immediately get an e-mail confirmation of your registration with a link back to your registration record. Early registration fees are $450.00 and include all meetings, three buffet breakfasts, refreshment breaks and the Recognition Luncheon. Payments must be made by credit card. Cancellations received on or before December 17, 2021, will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee. Refunds cannot be given after December 17, 2021. Hotel: A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees at the rate of $174.00 plus taxes per night, single/double occupancy, and will be held at this rate until December 17, 2021. Do not contact the hotel directly as the reservations at this special conference rate must be made with your conference registration. Hotel reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. Guest Program: Due to the recent pandemic and the evolving precautionary requirements, we have made the exceedingly difficult decision to cancel the formal guest program for this year’s conference. Guests can find optional tour information along with Richmond's ‘must see’ attractions and local dining choices at the TWC Information Desk at the hotel. Guests will be permitted to join all conference meal and social functions for $75.00 per guest.
